To celebrate LGBT History Month, the Lesbian and Gay Christian Movement invites you to join them for a trip down memory lane, sharing memories and stories from 25 years of our time based at Oxford House in Bethnal Green. As part of our Lottery-funded heritage project, we've ventured into the attic and uncovered some wonderful artefacts from LGCM's past - original copies of the gay press from the 1970s onwards, copies of our newsletters and magazines and our original membership register - telling the story of the gay rights movement in the church and society over this remarkable period. Join us to look over the papers with a cup of tea and home-made cake, meet others and share your memories, and be inspired about the future! Whatever your age or your own story - we'd love to see you.
